These terms apply when you use JessicasHouse.ca. Please read them before you apply.

1. Who we are and what we do
JessicasHouse.ca is operated by Jessica’s House. We’re a free matching and information service. We are not a lender, we don’t make credit decisions, and we don’t make loan offers. We pass the information you provide to lending partners, who may connect you with lenders or dealers. Any loan is a contract between you and the lender alone.
2. No guarantee of approval or terms
Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be matched, approved or offered any particular amount, rate, payment or vehicle. Lenders decide based on their own criteria and the law in your province. Calculators and examples on this site are estimates at the legal maximum cost, not offers of credit.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be of the age of majority in your province, and a resident of Canada.
- The information you provide must be true, complete and your own.
- You’re responsible for reading any loan agreement before you sign, and for repaying any loan you accept.
4. Consent to share and be contacted
By submitting an application, you consent to us sharing it with our lending partners as described in our privacy policy, and to those partners, lenders and dealers contacting you about it.
5. How we’re paid
Our service is free to you. Lending partners may pay us a fee when we help arrange a loan or refer a qualified application. This doesn’t increase what you pay a lender.
6. Information on this site
Our guides are general information, reviewed against the law at the date shown on each page. They’re not legal, financial or credit advice for your situation. Laws change, so check with your provincial regulator if a rule is critical to your decision.
7. Third-party sites
Once you’re redirected to a partner, lender or dealer website, its own terms and privacy policy apply. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites or their offers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, any lender’s or dealer’s decision or conduct, or any loan agreement you enter into.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t submit false or automated applications, or try to interfere with the site. We may block access to protect the service and our partners.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have in your own province.
